Before the Stream
Tickets can be bought online directly from the artist or event you’re looking to watch.
We accept payments from all major card providers as well as Paypal transactions if that’s how you roll.
We host lots of events of all shapes and sizes that are streamed around the world. This means times and dates vary depending on where you’re watching from. We recommend heading to the artist or event’s own website to get all the most up to date info.
Accidents happen, we get that! If you’ve accidentally bought too many tickets then get in touch with us at support@slipstreamtv.co.uk and, if possible*, we’ll get any unwanted tickets refunded.
*Sometimes we work with partners who have different terms of service to us, but we’ll put in a good word for you...
During the Stream
Yes, the stream can be watched on your TV via AirPlay from your iPhone, iPad or Mac, or, if you’re on an Android device, or using Google Chrome on a Desktop, you can also Cast the stream to your TV if it supports Casting. A Google Chromecast will do just the same.
Once you buy a ticket you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique link (your golden ticket) to view the stream. Simply clicking that link will take you directly to the stream. No login, password or other details required!
Our tickets are the digital equivalent of an ‘admit one’ pass so they won’t let your friends watch along with you. If you’d like to watch together we recommend everyone purchasing their own ticket.
Or, for some events, there may be an option to buy a ‘group package’ if you’re looking to party along with your pals! Check the artist/event’s website to see all the ticketing packages that are up for grabs.
If you don’t receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam email folders to see if it’s landed in there by mistake. If it’s not hiding in there then get in touch at support@slipstreamtv.co.uk and we’ll look into this for you.
We require minimum stable download speeds of 500 kbps or faster in order to view our lowest quality, SD 240p. Since bandwidth tends to fluctuate for a number of unforeseen variables, we always recommend you use a dedicated Internet line of 5 Mbps or faster to stream and download high quality videos on the Internet. For optimal performance, a hardwired connection via Ethernet is best, but if you prefer to use WiFi, be sure that your router is configured correctly and that your network is not being shared with other devices (this can limit the starting speeds you pay your ISP for). If you’re still stuck then drop us an email at support@slipstreamtv.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.
If you’re still struggling with the stream for any reason please let us know so we can look into things for you. Please get in touch using the email support@slipstreamtv.co.uk and one of our customer service colleagues will be happy to help.
Most modern smartphones will be capable of playing our streams with no bother. We recommend using the most up to date software and browser that’s available for your device to ensure maximum enjoyment!
After the Stream
We totally understand that everyone wants to relive that gig experience over and over again but the possibility of doing this will vary depending on the event you’re looking to rewatch. We suggest checking communications from the artist/event directly to see if they’re offering this service.
If you got in touch with our customer service team but you still weren’t able to watch the stream then please let us know and we’ll look into getting a refund sorted where possible.
